Product Returns
We will accept returns of regularly priced items if the following conditions are met:
- Must have original receipt.
- The product is in new condition, unused and with original packaging intact.
- Must be returned within 14 days of purchase (except Christmas season: extended to January 15 of the next calendar year).
The following items are not returnable:
- Any food or nutrition products
- Special order items
- Items purchased at Sale or Clearance pricing
- Special order bikes, custom, Project One & previously enjoyed kids' bikes
- If the item shows signs of use, wear & tear or damaged packaging; we will not accept the return.
Bicycle returns are on a case-by-case basis, and at manager's discretion:
- Bicycle must be new condition.
- Bicycles must be returned within 14 days un-ridden, and will be exchanged or accepted for store credit only. No refunds.
Free Shipping over $100*
*Some exceptions apply. Products that are heavy or of substantial size will have a shipping charge despite the price.
Eg. Indoor wrainers, workstands, bike racks & potentially even some helmets.
